Do you know your cat's season?

If you know me, you know I’m basically a cat’s biggest fan! With my fabulous hairless kitty strutting his stuff, it’s crucial to deck him out in sweaters that match his unique palette. So, voilà! Here’s my, hopefully super helpful post!

LIGHT TYPES

Light types can be identified by the soft colour of fur and a fresh appearance. Choose light, soft colours for your cat, as dark hues can make them look older and highlight under-eye circles, especially if they hunt at night.

Dark type

Dark types are characterized by saturation, they’re dark and deep. Aim especially for richer shades, because your cat will get lost in pastel colours and you and the whole family will be looking for it for a long time.

Cool type

Cool types have fur/skin in distinctly cool tones. For this type of cat, especially reach for significantly cool colours, because colours that are too warm could stain its fur/skin

5.jpg

Warm type

Warm types are characterized by their vibrant fur and eyes. To enhance their natural glow, use warm accessory colours while avoiding cold colours, which can give a dreary appearance.

Muted type

Muted type features mottled fur and eyes of indeterminate colour. Pair them with soft, subtle accessory shades for an elegant look. Avoid flashy colours to prevent a cheap appearance, as they might suggest your cat roams the night.

Muted type

Do the opposite of the muted type. A cat with a contrasting colour needs the most vivid colours you can imagine. If you dress her up or surround her with muted colours, no cat will notice her.
